Troy Bilt Tiller Thrust Washer part# 1983642 is used inside the transmission between the bearing and the shaft on the lower end of the worm shaft to eliminate shaft end play. This shim is .04" thick. Following is a partial listing of models that use this shim; 11381, 12001, 12097, 12103, 12215, 12216, 12235, 12334, 21A-128T063, and 21A-148H063. There may be models and uses for this part that we have not listed here, so please refer to your owners manual when possible.
